The multidisciplinary team of mental health providers at Bridge Street Recovery will develop an individualized treatment plan for each client, with input from the patient and their family.
Bridge Street Recovery received a full accreditation Gold Seal of Approval from The Joint Commission for our Partial Hospitalization Program.
