Nick Scott

Operations Director

CADC, LADC II, CAMS II

Mr. Scott has extensive work experience administering transitional housing for individuals with co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, and other chronic conditions since 2010. He was responsible for providing direct services and supportive housing for adolescents and adults.

Mr. Scott has extensive experience with staff supervision and ensuring that all State and other regulations (CARF and Joint Commission) are enforced. He has experience in credentialing programs with insurance providers. As a program director, he supervised 50 staff members in seven residential homes for adults with traumatic brain injuries. He was responsible for the oversight of the operations and all budget and regulatory compliance. He also coordinated the clients’ participation in outpatient mental health/substance abuse and other supportive programs.

Mr. Scott has experience marketing and obtaining referrals for clinical programs. He coordinates with other agencies, professional organizations and the general public to ensure clients are receiving the most effective and appropriate services. He also has been providing individual, group therapy and case management to clients with substance use disorders.

Mr. Scott uniquely understands the needs of this population and how to provide services that will lead to successful outcomes. He is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor II (LADC II),\ Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Certified Anger Management Specialist II (CAMS II), and has BA in Business. He is in the process of completing the requirements to become a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. He currently belongs to the Case Management Society of America and the International Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

ELIZABETH SOUFFRONT

Clinical Director

Dr. Souffront is a licensed psychologist with 40 years of clinical experience in the field. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings such as: community mental health clinics, federal correctional institutions, day shelter for homeless adults and private outpatient settings. In most

of these settings, she has provided a combination of direct services, program development and staff clinical and administrative supervision. Dr. Souffront has extensive experience in addiction

treatment. She designed and was responsible for outpatient substance abuse programming at FCI Fort Dix (Federal Correctional Institution). She also was the clinical director at St. Francis House, a day shelter for homeless adults that served a severe co-occurring population. She has been responsible for the design, implementation, and clinical supervision of programs and staff. Dr. Souffront is also part-time faculty at Bridgewater School of Social Work (Bridgewater State University) and at the Addictions Certificate Program at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.

She teaches addiction treatment to undergraduate, graduate, and counseling students. She also provides clinical consulting to several organizations.

ALISON BRYAN

Clinical Supervisor

Alison Bryan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. She has over fifteen years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment. Alison graduated with a BA in Sociology and Hispanic Studies from Boston College. She earned her Master’s in Education for School Adjustment Counseling from Cambridge College. She completed the Addictions Certificate Program at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Alison has had a diverse work history that has had her working in school systems, the juvenile justice system, hospitals doing community outreach and community-based practice.
